Is there really a free online booking system?

Are there hidden payment processing fees?
Cicini does not charge a platform fee per booking. Stripe processing fees apply when you collect payments, per Stripe’s standard rates.
Does Cicini offer a BAA or HIPAA support?
Cicini uses security safeguards, including encryption in transit, provider encryption at rest, and role-based access controls. A signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and Health/Compliant plan tier are on our Enterprise roadmap — not available on Free, Starter, or Professional plans today. Contact us via /demo if you need a BAA for regulated workflows.
